At Leather Aura, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality leather products. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we have implemented the following refund policy:

  • Refunds Before Delivery: If you change your mind before the product is shipped, you can request a full refund. Please notify us within 2 days of placing your order.
  • Refunds After Delivery: Once the product has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Opened products can only be replaced, not refunded.
